Bobur Rakhmatov

Bobur is a specialist in corporate law with extensive experience in corporate structuring, joint ventures, investment projects and cross-border transactions in Uzbekistan. His expertise includes advising local and foreign investors on the establishment and structuring of companies, the development of shareholder arrangements, the formation of corporate governance frameworks, and the implementation of investment structures.
Bobur advises clients on the establishment of joint ventures and co-investment structures, including investment partnerships and other investment vehicles, as well as on business restructuring, due diligence, and the redomiciliation of foreign businesses to Uzbekistan.
