Selected Experience
The Firm's attorneys performed legal due diligence for a land parcel and an office center under construction in the Khoroshevsky District of Moscow, expediting the property sale and purchase transaction.
Acting for one of the largest dairy producers, the Firm's legal team carried out legal due diligence for agricultural land plots and shares in the common ownership of such plots, encompassing over 1,600 hectares in the Kostroma Region.
Our consultants provided guidance to a client, a major textile manufacturer, on production expansion issues, including the reconstruction of existing production premises, acquiring adjoining land plots from state ownership, and building new facilities, with modifications to the Moscow Urban Planning Code.
