Legislative Digest. Key Changes in the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in August 2026

In August 2026, a number of legislative acts were adopted in the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, enhancing the investment climate and updating regulatory requirements for businesses.

In particular, new measures to support businesses were introduced, export regulations were updated, requirements were established regarding the commencement of activities prior to obtaining a licence, the Constitutional Law on Enterprise Uzbekistan was adopted, and a number of other important developments took place.
