On 28 February 2026, Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-1097 dated 27 November 2025 (the “Law”) entered into force, introducing amendments and additions to the Law “On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders’ Rights” (the “JSC Law”) and the Customs Code.
