On 5 September 2025, the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-268 was adopted

“On measures to further simplify the regulation of corporate relations.”

The document came into force on 6 September 2025. The resolution aims to simplify procedures for acquiring and losing the status of LLC members, promote the digitalisation of corporate registries, protect the rights of founders, and introduce mechanisms for pre-trial settlement of corporate disputes.

• new rules on the timing of share transfers;

• procedures for registering changes and member rights;

• removal of tax restrictions on registering changes in membership;

• specific features of liquidation and reorganisation of state enterprises;

• expanded functions of the Automated Corporate Registry System (АСГР) and integration with Notarius;
