The Employment Law practice has 18 years of experience providing comprehensive support to Russian and international companies on a wide range of Russian labor law matters.
The team's approach is built on finding solutions that are optimal for the client's business, ensuring both legal protection and operational efficiency. The practice's high level of professionalism is recognized by leading rankings, including Pravo-300, Kommersant, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, and Best Lawyers, in which the team consistently ranks among market leaders.
The practice's lawyers support the entire lifecycle of employment relations within a company — from developing HR policies and selecting the optimal model for engaging personnel to resolving the most sensitive situations, including contentious dismissals, employee disputes in court, and inspections by the State Labor Inspectorate and the Prosecutor's Office.
The team also has extensive experience in designing compensation and incentive systems, supporting restructuring and workforce optimization, and building constructive dialogue with trade unions.
The practice also runs its own educational program "School of Employment Law" — a monthly series of webinars in which experts discuss key changes in labor legislation, current court practice, and pending legislative developments.
