Our team has successfully completed the due diligence in connection with the acquisition by a Russia-based investor of the manufacturer of Miramistin, a leading drug in the antiseptic market.

As part of the engagement, VERBA LEGAL's lawyers conducted the due diligence of the Russian group of companies.  A special attention was paid to assessment of pharma regulatory risks and intellectual property protection issues, including copyright to the group's drug portfolio.

The due diligence covered the Russian perimeter, and, therefore, required coordinated efforts of experts from the Firm's various practices.

The engagement required the involvement of experts representing the following practices: Corporate Law and M&A; Real Estate. Land. Construction; Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Practice; and Intellectual Property.
