Artem has significant experience in advising on sanctions regulation and liaising with government authorities. He specialises in licensing, obtaining permits from government authorities, drafting legislation, and structuring transactions to meet the mandatory requirements of government authorities.
Artem's clients include major Russian and international companies in the transport, fuel and energy, chemical, metallurgical and other industries. The geography of his projects covers such countries as Cyprus, the Netherlands, CIS countries, South-East Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners, where he advised clients on liaising with the Russian government authorities.

Education
Artem received his Bachelor's and Master's degree at the Faculty of Law of the Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Currently pursuing postgraduate studies there as well.

Artem gives seminars and lectures on Public International Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University and MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
