Ekaterina specializes in the legal regulation of commercial activities arising during commercial activities, including the structuring of complex contractual relationships, as well as intellectual property protection and commercialization. 

Her expertise encompasses legal matters related to structuring transactions for alienation and licensing of IP assets, the production and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and the execution of long-term investment contracts. Her experience includes collaborating with major IT, biotech, pharmaceutical, and FMCG companies.

Education and academic activities
Ekaterina graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the Department of International Private and Civil Law at MGIMO University under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

Ekaterina teaches at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and has developed her own course focusing on healthcare investments within the Master's program.
