Anton is a specialist in corporate law, his expertise is focused on M&A transactions, business restructuring, due diligence and redomiciliation of foreign businesses to the Russian Federation.

In addition, Anton advises clients on structuring corporate governance, joint ventures and co-investment structures (in particular, in the form of closed mutual funds and investment partnership agreements).

a leading Russian metallurgical company in acquiring 75% of a rebar enterprise for RUB 14 billion;

a foreign investor in exiting Russia's largest agricultural producer (including obtaining approval from the Government Commission for share payout);

a major mining company in debt restructuring, including share sale to an investor;

Russia's largest shipping company in interactions with partners under the Production Sharing Agreement (Chayvo, Odoptu, Arkutun-Dagi);

a foreign investor in exiting a Russian subsidiary of an automotive components giant (with Government Commission approval);

a German automotive components manufacturer in exiting Russian business (with RF President approval);

a major US multinational corporation in establishing a representative office in Kazakhstan and advising on the Russian representative office;

a major US engineering company on settling intra-corporate debt and ceasing operations in the RF;

a Russian investor in acquiring the owner of a land plot in the Moscow Region (with due diligence and transaction);

a division of the world leader in paints and varnishes and an investment group in legal due diligence;

a Russian investor on medical equipment business operations and structuring investments in African gold mining;

Armenia's largest bank and a systemically important Russian bank in establishing an IT joint venture;

Russian entrepreneurs on subsidiary liability and damages;

a Russian investor in establishing a joint venture with Slovak and Israeli partners;
