Anton is a specialist in corporate law, his expertise is focused on M&A transactions, business restructuring, due diligence and redomiciliation of foreign businesses to the Russian Federation.
In addition, Anton advises clients on structuring corporate governance, joint ventures and co-investment structures (in particular, in the form of closed mutual funds and investment partnership agreements).
Prior to joining VERBA LEGAL, Anton was an associate in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity group of one of the largest Russian law firms.

Anton holds a Bachelor's degree from the Higher School of Economics, a Master's degree from the Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences, and an LL.M. from the University of Manchester.
