Petar is a specialist in corporate law, his expertise is focused on M&A transactions, business restructuring, due diligence and due diligence.
In addition, Petar advises clients on structuring corporate governance systems, venture capital investment and redomiciliation, joint ventures and co-investment structures (in particular in the form of closed-end mutual funds) and the application of sanctions legislation.
Prior to joining VERBA LEGAL, Petar was an associate in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity group of one of the largest Russian law firms.

Education
Petar graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in ‘Legal Regulation of International Commercial Activity’ from the International Law Faculty of the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
