Anastasia specialises in legal regulation of the healthcare industry. Her professional interests include legal regulation of medicines at all stages of the life cycle, including complex commercial law issues, intellectual property rights, promotion of medicines and complex regulatory issues.

Anastasia has experience in implementing projects in the digital health industry, including advising Russian and international companies on the regulation of personal data processing in the Russian Federation, telemedicine, as well as on other complex issues of creating and using digital products.

Selected Experience

Anastasia advised:

international rollout of a COVID-19 vaccine, including contractual and commercial aspects;

a European pharmaceutical company at the client's office on daily legal matters — general legal advice, contract work, support of promotional materials;

a major transaction by a pharmaceutical company acquiring rights to a medicinal product with preparation of various types of contracts;

international pharmaceutical companies on complex issues of organising clinical trials — from analysing interaction structuring options to developing necessary contractual documentation;

pharmaceutical companies on personal data handling issues, including implementation of comprehensive data processing system projects;

a major commercial dispute related to medicinal product quality;

launch of a telemedicine service — analysis of regulatory requirements, personal data processing issues, and preparation of contractual framework;

pharmaceutical companies on participation in public procurements of medical services;

a transaction for technology transfer of drug production for localisation of the full production cycle in Russia, starting from active substances and including organisation of a production site.
