About the office
The VERBA LEGAL office in Tashkent provides legal services in key areas such as corporate law and M&A, resolution of national and international disputes, banking and finance law, public-private partnership (PPP) projects, as well as access to new capital markets in Central Asia.
The office is headed by Managing Partner Bobir Karimov.
Bobir brings over 20 years of experience in antitrust and corporate law, M&A transactions, and international commercial dispute resolution. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Previously, Bobir served as Managing Partner at an international law firm and held the position of First Deputy Chairman of the State Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
His deep understanding of local legislation and the business environment allows him to establish efficient processes and provide clients with high-quality legal support.
