The VERBA LEGAL team has successfully completed comprehensive legal support for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Novamedica Innotech LLC — a manufacturing facility and research center previously owned by the pharmaceutical company Novamedica LLC.

The transaction closed on 16 October 2025. The manufacturing facility was sold through an open auction process.

The project was handled by Senior Partner Alexander Panov, Counsel Ekaterina Tretyakova, Counsel Evgeniia Zainchukovskaia, Senior Associate Andrey Sheptiy, and Associate Darya Kiryushina.
