VERBA LEGAL corporate practice team consulted Х5 Group in the acquisition of 100% equity share in LLC MAY24, a company developing the digital trading platform MAY24 enabling the producers and distributors of everyday goods to organise the sales to regional retail chains and local independent stores.

MAY24 brings together over 200 manufacturers and distributors supplying the goods to 65 Russian regions and 36 thousand outlets that purchase the goods for their retail business.
