Anastasia also specializes in handling disputes of any complexity in arbitrations and state courts, conducts complex, unconventional disputes in Russian arbitral tribunals and courts of general jurisdiction, oversees the enforcement procedures of executive documents, protects the rights of clients in enforcement proceedings, and develops comprehensive strategies for the pre-trial or early stages of litigation.
Anastasia has experience in handling disputes under the rules of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Russian Arbitration Center, the Arbitration Center at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, ICC, LCIA, SCC, SIAC, HKIAC, DIAC, UNCITRAL, and others, as well as in the recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards in foreign states.

Education
Anastasia completed her postgraduate studies at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, specializing in civil law, business law and private international law, and obtained a Master's degree at Queen Mary University of London, as well as a Bachelor's degree with honors from Moscow State University.

Anastasia is a full-time lecturer at the School of Digital Law and Bio-Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and supporting the Master's program “Pharmalaw and Healthcare” at the Faculty of Law.
