Marina advises on corporate law matters, her expertise is focused on Russian and international M&A and VC transactions, she has experience in due diligence of companies, joint ventures, business restructuring, corporate support of groups of companies.
In addition, Marina's expertise also includes advising on counter-sanctions regulation, as well as supporting procedures for obtaining relevant regulatory approvals.
Prior to joining VERBA LEGAL, Marina was a junior lawyer at BGP Litigation. In addition, Marina's professional experience includes working for a Russian investment company, where she was responsible for supporting the client on day-to-day legal matters: general advisory and contractual work, support of M&A transactions, etc.
Education
Marina graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (diploma with honours). Currently, she is continuing her studies at the Master's programme Corporate and Private International Law (Corporate Law) at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
