Tatiana specialises in advising individuals and legal entities on sanctions measures in the EU, the US, the UK and other jurisdictions. Tatiana supports projects on unblocking assets of individuals and legal entities, including participation in challenging refusals to unblock assets, as well as directly liaising with foreign regulators in the field of sanctions.
Tatiana is also involved in international dispute arbitration projects.

Selected Experience
Tatiana advised:
clients in preparing applications to unblock assets of individuals and legal entities with the Belgian Ministry of Finance, followed by support of transfers after obtaining permissions;
clients in filing applications for individual OFAC licences;
a client in challenging a decision of the Belgian Ministry of Finance, as a result of which the decision was cancelled;
