an American Big Pharma company on the use of RWE data to amend registration dossiers and implement datasets into clinical trial design;

a European pharmaceutical company in launching new-in-class patient programmes using an in-pocket reimbursement mechanism;

a British FMCG company in a regulatory audit of hygiene products for compliance with Federal Law No. 184-FZ, the EAEU Technical Regulations, ISO standards, and sanitary and epidemiological regulations;

the largest Life Sciences transaction in Russia (2025) in reviewing the product portfolio, auditing manufacturing for compliance with GMP requirements, reviewing the distribution system for compliance with GDP requirements, and assessing licensing compliance;

one of the largest technology companies in Russia on the legal regulation of an AI assistant in the wellbeing advice sector;

one of the largest medical companies, included in the Top 10 private clinics in Russia, on ensuring compliance of nuclear medicine with Federal Law No. 170-FZ, as well as licensing requirements in connection with an IPO;

a sell-side transaction involving the sale of a laboratory diagnostics network (Top 3 in Russia), including regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in the scope of Russian Ministry of Health Order No. 464n.

a comprehensive high-speed rail project, Moscow–Saint Petersburg, the largest spatial and infrastructure development project in Russia’s history (total budget — RUB 2.4 trillion);

a transaction for the acquisition of a ready-to-eat food production company by a leading Russian retailer.
