VERBA LEGAL has successfully completed comprehensive legal support for the investment transaction by Kama Flow into Callisto Vision, a leading Russian developer of solutions for product labeling and quality control. The investment amount totaled 700 million rubles.

Callisto Vision leads the Russian market: their solutions are deployed on over 150 high-speed lines across the country, with projects implemented in Russian regions, Uzbekistan, and Saudi Arabia. In 2025 alone, over 6 billion units of consumer products in the food, pharmaceutical, and other industries were labeled using the company's equipment and software.

The project was handled by Managing Partner Tatyana Neeva, Senior Associate Petar Stojanović, and Junior Associate Emil Nabiev.
