VERBA LEGAL advised RWB (the combined company of Wildberries & Russ) on the acquisition of the Gruzovichkof, Taxovichkof and Citymobil services.

For RWB, the acquisition forms part of its strategy aimed at developing its in-house transportation and logistics services.
