VERBA LEGAL is supporting the creation of a joint venture of NOVO Development Centre and IranianEurasia Trading and Logistics. The companies have signed an agreement to build a strategically important grain hub under the Grain + program.
The joint venture and infrastructure will be located in Sarakhs, a special economic zone and an important trade hub in northeastern Iran. This region, which is part of a key transit route between the Central Asia and the Middle East, will become the major link in the development of the International North–South Transport Corridor.
VERBA LEGAL’s assosiates provide full support for the project, i.e. prepare corporate documentation and advise on regulatory aspects of doing business in Iran.
This enterprise is created to increase bilateral trade turnover between Russia and Iran. Grain+ logistics model based on the creation of a land grain fleet, logistics hubs and wholesale distribution centres will ensure stable supplies from the Russian agricultural sector and the EAEU countries, and will also increase the import of consumer goods and machinery from friendly countries.
The leading specialists of VERBA LEGAL are involved in the project: Anastasia Simonova (Senior Assosiate), Artem Elistratov and Petar Stojanovic (Assosiates), Valentina Shishova (Junior Assosiate), Nadezhda Salygina and Viktor Gorbachuk (Paralegal).
