Experience Highlights
Nikolai advised:
a syndicate of Russian banks in connection with financing, development and operation of the high-speed passenger railway infrastructure and acquisition and operation of high-speed rolling stock; the amount of investments exceeds RUB 1 trillion;
a bank in connection with elaboration and financing of a project envisaging construction, renovation and upgrade of the urban tram lines in Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar and other regions;
a bank in connection with the financial close of the project involving construction of the small craft marina and maintenance center in Magadan under a concession agreement;
a syndicate of banks in connection with the financial close of the project involving construction of a new tram line connecting Kupchino metro station, Shushary and Slavyanka residential settlements in St. Petersburg under a concession agreement;
an investor on a number of projects envisaging development and operation of social infrastructure facilities (schools, hospitals, etc.) under PPP arrangements.
