Nikita specialises in the legal regulation of relations arising in the course of commercial activities by Russian and foreign persons, including issues of interaction with counterparties, antimonopoly regulation, licensing, unlocking assets and contractual relationships.
Nikita has advised clients on transactions involving the acquisition of shares (stakes) in major Russian companies specialising in mining, hotel services, production of chemicals and chemical products and other activities.
In addition, Nikita has been involved in support of domestic transactions, including M&A, as well as in complex analysis (duediligence) of business activities of legal entities.
