VERBA LEGAL has successfully closed the deal related to acquisition of JSC Port Infrastructure Development Centre (PIDC), one of the major transport and logistics holdings in Russia. PIDC implements the large-scale projects across the country, including such key initiatives as construction of Lavna coal transshipment terminal as a part of the state program of the RF “Development of the Transport System” and construction of the cutting-edge coal terminal Sukhodol in the Free Port of Vladivostok.

The value of its assets is over 160 billion RUB. This strategic transaction enabled the client to grasp total control of the holding, while opening the new opportunities for development in the key industries.
