VERBA LEGAL acted as legal advisor in the acquisition of the Donbiotech production complex for deep grain processing located in the Rostov Region.

Considering the projected investments, the cost of the complex is expected to exceed 25 billion rubles.

In the course of the transaction, VERBA LEGAL performed an extensive legal due diligence of the enterprise and its assets, as well as a compliance check with bankruptcy legislation during the asset substitution procedure for the insolvent legal entity and the creation of a new legal entity based on its asset complex, JSC DonBioTech. The firm's specialists also provided counsel on the acquisition of shares in JSC DonBioTech.
