Natalia has extensive experience in advising on corporate projects and M&A transactions. A significant part of her career has been dedicated to structuring and supporting M&A transactions, business restructurings, as well as the establishment of holding structures and optimization of corporate governance frameworks. She has broad experience advising on shareholder and investor relations, including the resolution of corporate disputes.
In recent years, Natalia has expanded her practice to advising private clients on succession planning for corporate assets, including the establishment and administration of private foundations and other structures designed to manage family wealth and ensure business continuity.
Natalia is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, USA.

a major bank in connection with the acquisition of a full-cycle engineering company;
a venture capital fund in connection with the acquisition of a stake in a programming school network for children and teenagers;
an IT-focused investment company in connection with the issuance of a convertible loan to a company developing a sports venue rental platform;
a venture capital fund in connection with an investment through a SAFE mechanism into the US branch of a ready-to-eat food production group;

Natalia advised:
private clients on developing concepts and establishing private foundations in the Russian Federation for succession planning, asset protection, and enhanced ownership confidentiality, including the design of governance structures, beneficiary frameworks, and beneficiaries’ rights;
founders and governing bodies of private foundations on matters arising in connection with the operation of this new type of legal entity, including asset transfers, compliance matters, compliance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ, corporate procedures, and other related issues;
