VERBA LEGAL Strengthens Its Private Client Practice with the Appointment of Oksana Yaroshchuk and Her Team

VERBA LEGAL is pleased to announce that Oksana Yaroshchuk has joined the firm as a partner in its Private Client practice. She is joined by her team, comprising Counsels Roxana Ter-Nikoghosyan and Nataliya Survillo, Senior Associate Kristina Markova, and Elena Burobina, Lead Accountant for Private Foundations.

Oksana’s team specialises in providing comprehensive legal and tax advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business owners, family and multi-family offices, private investors and senior executives. Its principal areas of expertise include asset-holding structures, personal tax planning and compliance, international structures, foreign exchange regulation, family governance and succession planning.

The arrival of Oksana and her team marks a further stage in the continued expansion of VERBA LEGAL’s Private Client practice. The practice currently includes partners Alexander Panov, Tatiana Neveeva, Vyacheslav Yugay, Alexander Rudyakov, Oleg Khuazhev and Oleg Buyko, as well as counsels Nikita Zhemchugov and Artem Elistratov.

Oksana Yaroshchuk has more than 25 years’ experience in international tax advisory. Before joining VERBA LEGAL, she worked at Big Four firms in Moscow, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Singapore and Cyprus, where she advised the owners of some of Russia’s largest private fortunes, including individuals ranked among the top ten on the Forbes list.
