A transaction (including support in obtaining approval from the Government Commission) for the acquisition of an automotive manufacturing plant from foreign investors;
A transaction (including support in obtaining approval from the Government Commission) for the acquisition of a Russian wholesale trade and service company from a foreign investor by Russian management;
