A transaction (including support in obtaining approval from the Government Commission) for the acquisition of a Russian wholesale trade and service company from a foreign investor by Russian management;
A transaction involving the establishment of a joint venture in the light industry sector with participation of a foreign investor, including obtaining clearance from the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia, subsequent support of changes in shareholding under option arrangements, and legal advice in connection with counter-sanctions measures;
