The Center for Progressive Reforms (CPR) is an independent analytical center dedicated to researching pressing issues in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. Its mission is to develop evidence-based recommendations for sustainable socio-economic and political development. The organization promotes data-driven solutions aimed at comprehensive societal progress and effective governance.

The memorandum signing ceremony took place in Tashkent.
