local management, in connection with the potential purchase of several production facilities in Russia owned by an US company included into the Fortune 500 list;
the largest Russian oil company, in relation to: - the sale of a stake in a geological exploration company to an international energy company for more than USD 500 bln followed by establishment of a joint venture; - acquisition of a 49% stake in Essar Oil Limited from Essar Energy Holdings and its affiliates and establishment of a joint venture with a consortium of international investors in respect of Essar Oil; - the establishment of a joint venture with the KAR Group to conclude a concession agreement in respect of an export oil pipeline in Iraqi Kurdistan, which is the only pipeline of its kind in the region.
