Alexander has over 20 years of experience specializing in supporting public-private partnership (PPP) and project finance transactions across various sectors — including transport, industry, energy, utilities infrastructure, and digital technologies.

Alexander has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating concession agreements, PPP agreements, risk allocation memorandum, as well as corporate, loan, and finance documentation. He supports projects at all stages of their implementation — from initiative development and competitive tender procedures to contract execution and achieving commercial and financial close.

Among his clients — major Russian and international banks, investment funds, infrastructure and IT companies, developers, government authorities, and private investors.
