VERBA LEGAL team served as legal consultants in the acquisition of the Orbital office complex (27,271 sq. m.), which is under construction near the Moscow City business district.

The acquisition of the business center in “Big City” is among the most significant transactions in the capital's office market for 2023. The complex is one of the few available properties of such scale on the Moscow office market.

As part of the project, VERBA LEGAL conducted thorough legal due diligence on the land parcel and the unfinished construction project (Orbital Center in the Khoroshevsky District of Moscow), and also managed the legal aspects of the property's purchase and sale agreement.
