Daniil focuses on real estate and development projects advising on land management issues and urban planning regulations, conducting legal due diligence of real estate assets, assisting clients involved in integrated territorial development programs and large-scale investment projects and interacting on their behalf with governmental authorities.
His key competencies encompass a wide range of areas, such as providing legal support for the purposes of introducing amendments to land use and development regulations, drafting, negotiating and amending land planning documents (site designs and area demarcation plans), resolving disputes stemming from unauthorized construction activities as well as representing clients involved in property disputes.
Prior to joining the VERBA LEGAL team Daniil worked for a firm specializing in handling land disputes and supporting urban planning activities.
Selected project experience
Daniil advised/represented:
a major developer on land replotting, land title registration and development matters;
a healthcare institution on the matters relating to the allocation of a land plot to be developed as part of the government-sponsored City of Moscow development programs;
an association of property owners in a lawsuit for recognition of the structures at issue as having been built without authorization and correction of violations resulting from the misuse of a land plot;
a data center operator when conducting legal due diligence of land plots and capital facilities for the purposes of their further acquisition as part of urban development efforts;
an investment holding on the matters relating to the elimination of violations resulting from the misuse of land plots and capital facilities.
