Education
Natalia graduated with honours from National Research University Higher School of Economics and earned her master's degree from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (legal regulation of land use and real estate development activities).

Advising one of the largest marketplaces in the context of legal due diligence on land plots and capital construction facilities situated in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, assessing the possibility of having the client’s office building located there;
Advising an energy company on the division of a real estate unit in a protected cultural layer, with a civil defence shelter located within the boundaries of the unit;
Advising an investor and a development company as part of preparation of a territory for being included in the integrated territorial development program, assisting in having an urban development project approved by competent governmental authorities and in concluding and performing an integrated territorial development agreement;
Advising a company in the course of legal due diligence on land plots and capital construction facilities of an aerospace company for the purposes of having the client’s real estate assets renovated and upgraded; providing post-project support and representing the client for the purposes of executing production modernization plans;
Advising commercial entities involved in disputes with governmental authorities for recognition of certain buildings as having been erected without proper authorization and for recovery of unjust enrichment resulting from the use of land plots;
Working out a strategy and taking part in meetings with government bodies and commercial entities in order to resolve disputes arising in the course of cadastral works, when introducing amendments to the land use and development regulations and approving the area demarcation plans;
Advising a principal in disputes for recognition of an educational institution building as part of communal property, reclamation of the property from adverse possession and performance of mandatory cadastral works.
