one of the largest marketplaces in the context of legal due diligence on land plots and capital construction facilities situated in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, assessing the possibility of having the client’s office building located there;
an energy company on the division of a real estate unit in a protected cultural layer, with a civil defence shelter located within the boundaries of the unit;
an investor and a development company as part of preparation of a territory for being included in the integrated territorial development program, assisting in having an urban development project approved by competent governmental authorities and in concluding and performing an integrated territorial development agreement;
