Today, the results of the 2025 M&A Advisers Ranking, organized as part of the Mergers.ru / "Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia" project, were published.

VERBA LEGAL was recognized as the best legal adviser in the Russian mergers and acquisitions market based on the 2025 results. Our achievements:

1st place — in the overall legal advisers ranking
1st place — by total deal value ($6.04 billion)
1st place — by number of deals (18)

We also acted as legal adviser in the acquisition of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat LLC. This deal, valued at $3.35 billion, was the largest transaction in the Russian M&A market in 2025.
