On June 26, Saint Petersburg hosted XV Russian M&A Congress: White Nights 2025 organized by PREQVECA and Cbonds-Congress.  VERBA LEGAL was the prime sponsor of the event.

PREQVECA Awards Ceremony was held as part of the event.  VERBA LEGAL received an award in the "Mining and Minerals Deal of the Year" nomination for advising on the transaction involving PJSC UGC (Uzhuralzoloto Group of Companies), one of Russia's major gold mining companies.

The award winners were selected by open voting on the Preqveca.ru web portal and with reference to the Mergers.ru industry rankings.
