a client on the matters of Russian, German and English law arising in the course of a project to finance the construction of 9 solar power plants in Russia, including drafting documentation and amending EPC contracts to improve the position of Russian borrowers;
a major bank on four transactions that envisaged extending financing to Russian counterparties for a total of over EUR 235 million;
one of the leading Russian banks on a series of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions;
a major borrower in connection with a loan in the amount of RMB 4,850,000,000 (approximately USD 715 million) extended by a leading Russian bank;
a leading Russian bank on a standard facility agreement and in the course of a transaction envisaging the provision of loan facilities to three subsidiaries of a large metals and mining group, including the introduction of amendments to the relevant facility agreements;
