Yakov specializes in supporting public-private partnership (PPP) projects and project financing transactions in various sectors of infrastructure, production and energy industries. He has a successful track record of drafting and negotiating concession agreements, credit and security and corporate documentation, supporting projects envisaging the development of cultural facilities, public railways and highways, urban transport infrastructure, information technologies and so on. Yakov provides services at all project stages, from formulating a concept to executing and amending relevant agreements.

a syndicate of banks in connection with the preparation of credit and security and related concession documentation and the financial closing of a federal concession project envisaging the construction of Moscow - St. Petersburg High-Speed Railway;
a syndicate of banks on construction, renovation, and upgrade of the urban electrical transport systems (tram lines) in Rostov-on-Don, Nizhniy Novgorod, Krasnodar, Saint-Petersburg and Taganrog, and providing security for financing the projects under concession agreements;
