Viktor's focus areas include legal support of public-private partnership (PPP) projects and project finance transactions in infrastructure, transport and energy sectors and advising clients on implementation of various projects under EPC contracts. He is experienced in drafting concession agreements, finance and corporate documents and structuring complex investment projects, construction of transport facilities, development of urban electric transport systems, and implementation of digital solutions in a variety of regions.

Donaerodorstroy in connection with the review of the long-term investment agreement to raise finance for implementation of the M4 (Don) High-Speed Toll Motorway construction and operation project (Krasnodar Far Western Bypass) under the long-term investment agreement;
a client in connection with the construction a major pulp mill, including drafting an EPC contract;
VEB.RF and Sinara-GTR in connection with the project envisaging development and operation of a tram network in Rostov-on-Don;
a client in connection with the project envisaging development and operation of a tram network in Taganrog under a concession agreement;
