Valeria specializes in supporting public-private partnership (PPP) projects and project finance transactions in infrastructure, industrial and energy sectors. She has a successful track record of working on projects across various industries including transport, housing and utilities, healthcare.
She provides legal support throughout all project stages, from building up a concept and choosing the legal structure to executing, performing and amending the relevant agreements.
Valeria takes part in drafting and negotiating concession agreements, preparing credit and security documentation, advises on transaction structuring and risk allocation issues. A+ Integration in relation to the establishment of a traffic violation recording system in the Chuvash Republic, including drafting bidding documents and a concession agreement;
