Peter specializes in supporting public-private partnership (PPP) projects and project financing transactions in various sectors, including transport, social, digital and utility infrastructure, energy, production sector and IT. His expertise covers a wide range of areas: from conducting legal analysis and developing legal structures to drafting documents, structuring transactions and rendering legal support throughout all stages of investment projects.

Petr provides comprehensive legal support on the matters related to executing and performing concession agreements, fundraising activities as well as the implementation of corporate and M&A transactions, including intra-group restructurings and cross-border projects.

Peter advised:

a syndicate of banks in connection with the preparation of credit and security and related concession documentation and the financial closing of a federal concession project envisaging the construction of Moscow - St. Petersburg High-Speed Railway;

VEB.RF in connection with the financing, construction, refurbishment and operation of a solid household waste processing, placement and disposal facility in the Kemerovo Region;

VEB.RF in connection with the financing of a project for the construction and operation of the Republic of Buryatia National Center on the basis of a concession agreement;

VEB.RF in connection with the financing of a project for the construction and operation of the Baikal Theatre and Cultural Center on the basis of a concession agreement;

a client in connection with the designing, reconstruction and operation of a road bridge in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation on the basis of a concession agreement;

a client in connection with the reconstruction and operation of an international airport in one of the friendly countries on the PPP basis;

a client on choosing the most appropriate legal structure for the purposes of implementing an investment project envisaging the setting-up of an information system on the PPP basis;

shareholders of one of the largest Russian banks in connection with the preparation of a shareholder agreement following the redomiciliation of a holding company;

shareholders of one of the largest Russian retailers (with the shares held by them being in free float) on drafting of a shareholder agreement following the redomiciliation of a holding company;

the biggest IT group on its intra-group restructuring, including picking the most appropriate ownership structure taking into account the risks arising out of the laws on strategic companies;
