Pavel Mazhurin

Pavel Mazhurin specializes in managing comprehensive litigation projects in corporate, contract, antitrust, customs law, and real estate. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy cases, disputes over subsidiary liability, and damage recovery.
Pavel's experience includes representing clients in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction of the Russian Federation at all instances, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as coordinating cross-border litigation processes.
Pavel also has expertise in wealth transfer, inheritance, and family law. His practice includes handling family disputes related to divorce proceedings, spousal property division, parental rights, and inheritance matters, including those complicated by foreign elements.
