Oleg is a recognized expert in the field of dispute resolution and bankruptcy. He focuses on representation in commercial, corporate and bankruptcy disputes in arbitration courts, general jurisdiction courts, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and in foreign jurisdictions.

former shareholders and managers of the Russian insurance company, in a case challenging attempts to bring them to subsidiary liability within the company bankruptcy case;

a shareholder, in one of the largest corporate disputes related to challenging management decisions and deals made to the detriment of the interests of the company and its shareholders;

a large industrial holding, in a multibillion corporate dispute over the refinancing of the company's debt;

a client, in a case against an attempt to gain control over a pharmaceutical company by Russian and foreign opponents;

a Scandinavian telecommunications company, in a multi-year corporate dispute in Russia;

Yandex, the largest Russian IT-company, in court cases related to the violation of competition by Google in the market of pre-installed app stores for Android OS devices;

the largest South Asian automobile concern, in dispute over the termination of the contract with the dealer;

a client, when challenging the decisions of the antimonopoly authority on recognition as a monopolist and fines imposed on the company for monopolistic activities;

a pharmaceutical company, in a dispute against a tax authority in the court of cassation regarding additional income tax;

the policyholder, in a court dispute over the recovery of insurance compensation in the amount of about RUB 1 billion for losses caused by a break in the production activities of an aluminum plant resulted from a bridge collapse;

the largest multinational chemical holding, in judicial disputes against a Russian gas company over gas processing plant construction EPC contracts under Article 248.1 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (the aggregate value of the claims exceeded RUB 200 billion);

parent companies of a multinational chemical holding, in a dispute over application of anti-suit injunction under Article 248.2 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation initiated by a Russian gas company and the imposition of a fine for violation of the same in the amount of more than RUB 200 billion;

a Dutch company, in a dispute over anti-suit injunction under Article 248.2 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation in connection with parallel proceedings run in Europe and the imposition of a fine for violation of the same (the amount of fine exceeded RUB 150 billion);

multinational chemical holding company, in a dispute over the recovery of damages (over RUB 85 billion) caused by fire at the world's largest gas processing plant;

multinational chemical holding, in a dispute over the recovery of damages exceeding RUB 22 billion under a claim filed by a Russian energy company;

a client, in a cross-border, multi-jurisdictional inheritance project exceeding RUB 270 billion, including disputes over the validity of the will, bankruptcy of assets of the estate and challenging the transactions of the testator;

a Cypriot company, in a dispute over a lawsuit filed by the DIA challenging a deal to sell Russian assets worth more than RUB 23 billion;

CEO and members of the Board of Directors of one of the world's largest aluminum manufacturers, in a corporate dispute over the recovery of damages exceeding RUB 68 billion;

a world leader in the production of metallurgical equipment, when challenging the competence of Russian courts to consider a dispute over the recovery of more than RUB 680 million for violation of a equipment manufacture and supply contract;

PJSC "UGC", one of the largest gold mining companies in Russia, in a series of lawsuits initiated by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation in the amount exceeding RUB 120 billion;

the leading metallurgical company, in a series of corporate lawsuits against the company and members of its management bodies for a total amount exceeding RUB 80 billion;

a coal mining company, in a complex and multi-year judicial dispute aganst the Federal Tax Service of Russia in a case regarding the recovery of damages within a bankruptcy case;

a coal mining company, in a judicial dispute initiated by its competitor against a municipality regarding the termination of a land lease agreement;

key persons of the international payment group, in a judicial dispute against the Bank of Russia;

an investor, in a dispute regarding the refund of investments in the amount of RUB 5.6 billion invested in the construction of a multifunctional business center in Moscow;

a manufacturer of electrical equipment, in a complex dispute with the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the amount exceeding RUB 4 billion.
