Marina Kuzina
Associate, Attorney, PhD in Law
Marina advises Russian and international clients on matters relating to asset structuring, corporate ownership models and regulatory support of business operations across various jurisdictions.
She has experience in developing and implementing structures that take into account public law requirements, licensing matters and engagement with state authorities, as well as advising clients on obtaining regulatory approvals and managing regulatory risks.

Selected Experience
marina advised:
a leading Russian company in the field of electrographic processes and products on compliance with licensing requirements and regulatory documentation following supervisory inspections;
a foreign company on the procedure for redomiciliation and registration within a Special Administrative Region in Russia;
government authorities in the development of draft regulatory and non-regulatory legal acts, as well as accompanying legal documentation;
Academic activities
Marina conducts seminars and lectures in Administrative Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) and teaches the course Legal Foundations of Business at the New Economic School (NES).
In 2024, she defended her PhD thesis on Codification of Administrative Offences Legislation in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan: A Comparative Legal Study at HSE. She is the author of more than seven academic publications.
