IPO of Russia's largest operator of ultra -convenience shops and the third largest grocery retailer in Russia, on the Moscow Exchange;
Supporting the redomiciliation of a public company - a large medical holding company
Support of structured bond issues by specialised financial companies on behalf of one of the largest Russian financial groups;

Represented a major Russian financial group in connection with the revolving secured financing of a commodity trader for a total amount of up to RMB 40 billion;
Complex support of a major telecommunications company in M&A projects covering several jurisdictions, including the UAE, Singapore, BVI, India, Hong Kong, Czech Republic, Latvia, Cyprus, Kazakhstan. Due diligence of target companies in the provision of various electronic services, including a ticket aggregator, a developer of video communication services, a scooter rental service, an online hotel booking service, a digital book service, as well as companies in the provision of banking services, music services, etc.;
Participation in a project to support the procedure for obtaining permission from the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation for the client (a service and production company, one of the leaders of the Russian ferrous metal rolling market) to acquire ownership of a land plot and other immovable property of a target company.
