Mercury Retail Holding PLC, Russia’s largest ultra-convenience retail chain operator and one of the country’s leading grocery retailers, in connection with its potential IPO on the Moscow Exchange (with an expected market capitalisation of USD 12–13 billion; the transaction was postponed due to market conditions);
Lambumiz, a leading producer of non-aseptic carton packaging for milk and dairy products with a 35% market share, on its IPO on the Moscow Exchange.

one of Russia’s largest financial groups on more than 20 issuances of structured bonds placed through special purpose vehicles;
a leading Russian bank on establishing a domestic structured bond programme with capital protection, providing guaranteed coupon income and additional returns linked to derivatives referencing equities, indices, commodities, currency pairs and interest rates;
major Russian mortgage banks on two off-balance-sheet securitisation projects involving mortgage loan portfolios;
a state development institution on a mortgage refinancing project;
