On 30 October 2024, PJSC Lambumiz (the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of cardboard non-aseptic packaging for milk and dairy products with a market share of 35%, went public.

VERBA LEGAL advised the Company in preparation for the IPO on the Moscow Exchange.

The Company decided to offer its shares at 425 roubles each, which corresponds to the Company’s market capitalisation of about 8.8 billion roubles, including the funds raised during the IPO. The IPO totally amounted to 802 million roubles. The Company will use the funds raised during the IPO to implement its growth strategy – to build another manufacturing complex on the existing territory of over 14 thousand square metres to accommodate a new production line for aseptic packaging and expand the Company’s capacity within the current product range.
