Alexander Kuznetsov has more than 12 years’ experience in consulting with regard to capital markets, corporate law and M&A, banking and financial law. His team has experience in supporting precedent-setting public offerings for the Russian market, landmark debt finance transactions, as well as major corporate deals. Before joining VERBA LEGAL, Alexander was in charge of Capital Markets, Banking and Finance Law practice at a large Russian law firm.
