Darya specialises in dispute resolution, advising and representing Russian and foreign companies and individuals in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, primarily in commercial, contractual, and corporate disputes.
Selected Experience
Darya advised:
the largest transnational chemical holding in precedent-setting disputes with a Russian gas company from EPC contracts for constructing a gas processing plant under Article 248.1 of the APC RF (aggregate claim value – over RUB 200 billion);
the world's gas producer in a dispute over recovery of damages (over RUB 85 billion) from a fire at the world's largest gas processing plant;
a private client in a cross-border, multi-jurisdictional inheritance project totalling over RUB 270 billion, including disputes on will validity, bankruptcy of the inheritance estate, and challenging the testator's transactions;
