A global leader in metallurgical equipment manufacturing in proceedings challenging the jurisdiction of Russian courts over a dispute concerning the recovery of more than RUB 680 million for alleged breaches of an equipment manufacturing and supply agreement (Article 248.1 of the Russian Arbitrazh Procedure Code);
The CEO and members of the Board of Directors of one of the world's largest aluminum producers in a corporate dispute involving claims for damages exceeding RUB 68 billion;
A client in a cross-border, multi-jurisdictional inheritance project with a total value exceeding RUB 270 billion, including disputes regarding the validity of a will and insolvency proceedings involving the estate;
